About 2nd LBF"You name it" proudly presents the 2nd Lemesos Beer Festival at the city of Limassol, which is worldwide known for its all year round festive atmosphere. A lot of people are looking forward to this event due to last year's success. The 2nd Lemesos Beer Festival will take place on molos area, by the sea in the heart of the traditional city centre on 22,23 and 24 July 2004 and kiosks will be opening at 18:00 till 01:00. The festival is supported by the Lemesos Municipality and held under the auspices of the Mayor Dr. Demetris Kontides. Visitors can enjoy the best beers from around the world, among them being Heineken, Amstel, Stella Artois, Mythos, Budweiser, Becks, Hoegaarden, Leffe, Fosters, Caffreys, Urkuel Pilsner, Grolsch, Amsterdam and others. The entrance to the festival is FREE of charge and beers will be sold at reasonable prices. Enjoy drinking your favourite beer and listening to different kinds of music every night performed by bands and djs. Pop, rock, Latin, Greek music and special performances from dance dj's on a 10m x 10m stage with lights show, big screens, lasers, dancers will definitely entertain you to the max. Caricaturists, face painters, stilt walkers and jugglers will also be participating. The charity involved in the Festival "Friends for life", will organise various games like The Gladiators, Boxing, Bash a Rat and others to offer a challenge to most of you.
As for food.....don't worry you won't starve...Mario Pizzeria, with its
delicious slices, Bavarian Delicatessen with fantastic German Sausages,
as well as Greek Souvlaki and Mexican Food will compliment your drinking!
